Function playTween

playTween(config: PlayTweenConfig, scene?: SceneBase): Promise<void>
Play a Tween animation and wait for its animation to complete.
Parameters
- config: PlayTweenConfig
  The config for a single Tween
- scene: SceneBase = globalScene
  (Default globalScene) The SceneBase on which the Tween plays
Returns Promise<void>
A Promise that resolves once the Tween has been played.
