Matcher that checks if a Pokemon has a specific amount of HP.
Parameters
- this: MatcherState
- received: unknown
  The object to check. Should be a Pokemon
- expectedHp: number
  The expected amount of HP the Pokemon is expected to have
- __namedParameters: ToHaveHpOptions = {}
  Needed for Typedoc to function
