Matcher that checks if a Pokemon's StatusEffect is as expected
Parameters
- this: MatcherState
- received: unknown
  The actual value received. Should be a Pokemon
- expectedStatus: expectedStatusType
  The StatusEffect the Pokemon is expected to have, or a partially filled Status containing the desired properties
Returns SyncExpectationResult
Whether the matcher passed
