Retrieves a BattlerTag based on the provided tag type, turn count, source move, and source ID.
Parameters
- tagType: BattlerTagType
- turnCount: number
- sourceMove: Moves
- sourceId: number
  The ID of the pokemon adding the tag
Returns BattlerTag
The corresponding BattlerTag object.
